Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating in the Promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
This promotion is open to residents of Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland), aged 18 years or over except employees and their immediate families of Tata Consumer Products GB Limited, associated companies, their agencies and anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
Internet access, a valid email address, mobile phone number and smartphone required. Purchase necessary. Entrants are required to retain their original itemised till receipt showing purchase of a promotional product within the Promotion Period as it may be required for verification.
Promotion Period: Opens for purchase and entries between 00:01 on 5th June 2026 and 23:59 on 31st January 2027. Entries received outside of these times will be void and will not be entered into the Promotion.
Limitations: The promotion is limited to one entry per person, email address and mobile number, per week with a maximum of eight entries per person in total throughout the Promotion Period across all participating retailers. Limited to a maximum of one Tier 2, Tier 3 & Tier 4 prize per person.
How to Enter: To enter the promotion, you must purchase a qualifying pack of Good Earth Tea from a participating retailer (see clause 7 for list of Qualifying Products), scan the QR code found on promotional posters in store or visit winwithgoodearth.co.uk. Enter your details, including full name, email address and mobile number, product barcode and batch code. Entrants will only be eligible for prizes allocated to the retailer selected at the time of entry.
Your original itemised till receipt may be required to claim if you have won a prize. The receipt will need to show the itemised Qualifying Product purchased within the Promotion Period. The time and date of purchase on your itemised receipt must be prior to your entry in order to be valid. Each receipt image can only be used once for a single claim regardless of variety and quantity purchased. Receipts must not be altered or tampered with. Any receipts that have been altered or tampered with will be deemed invalid. Receipts that are created or modified using artificial intelligence (AI), or any photo editing tools will not be accepted. The Promoter and its agencies reserve the right to reject any receipt that they believe, at their sole discretion, has been created, amended or otherwise not in its original form.

Consumers who purchase from either Asda, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s or Tesco will be entered into the Tier 1 Prize Draw relevant to the Retailer they purchased from and selected upon entry.
Each Tier 1 Prize Draw will be held within 5 working days of the Promotion Period close date as detailed in clause 3 above.
The Tier 1 Prize Draw winners will be drawn from all valid entries received per Retailer during the Promotion Period. The winners will be drawn by an automated computerised program under the supervision of an independent adjudicator. An appropriate amount of reserve winners will be selected at the time of the Prize Draws.
The Tier 1 Prize Draw winners will be contacted via phone call using the phone number they submitted upon entry, within 7 days of the relevant Prize Draw. The winners will be required to confirm their acceptance of the Prize within 7 days to claim their Prize. If a winner does not claim their Prize, the Prize will be forfeited and will be reallocated to a reserve winner, drawn at the same time. Reserve winners may have less time to respond. A maximum of 2 reserves will be contacted if a Prize from a Tier 1 Prize Draw remains unclaimed after 7 days.
Tier 2 & 3 Prize Allocation
Consumers who purchase from Asda, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s or Tesco will be entered into the Tier 2 & 3 Prize Draws every 2 months, relevant to the Retailer they purchased from and selected upon entry.
Tier 2 & Tier 3 prizes will be awarded via Prize Draws every 2 months per Retailer and will take place as per the following schedule.

The winners will be drawn by an automated computerised program under the supervision of an independent adjudicator. An appropriate amount of reserve winners will be selected at the time of the Prize Draws.
The Tier 4 Prize Draw winners will be contacted via email using the email address they submitted upon entry, within 7 days of the relevant Prize Draw. The winners will be required to confirm their acceptance of the Prize within 7 days to claim their Prize. If a winner does not claim their Prize, the Prize will be forfeited and will be reallocated to a reserve winner, drawn at the same time. Reserve winners may have less time to respond. A maximum of 2 reserves will be contacted if a Prize from a Tier 4 Prize Draw remains unclaimed after 7 days.

Prize Fulfilment:
Upon receipt of a valid claim, winners of a Tier 1 prize will receive a phone call or email from the prize fulfilment agency to arrange their prize. The prize fulfilment agency will make all reasonable efforts to provide the winners with details of the prize at the earliest possible opportunity. Once the prize details including dates, travel and locations are confirmed, this cannot be amended or altered by a winner.
Upon receipt of a valid claim Tier 2, Tier 3 and Tier 4 winners will receive their prize via email to the email address submitted upon entry containing a link to their unique eVoucher. Prize emails will be sent within 28 days of receipt of a valid claim.
It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that they check their email to ensure they are in receipt of promotional communication within 7 days of it being sent.
Further Tier 1 Prize Terms & Conditions
The trip must be taken on the date specified by the Promoter at the time of win notification, and the winners and their guests (18+) must be available to attend on the specified dates.
The winners will be required to provide the name and details of their guest (18+) during the Winner Notification process.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Coachella tickets allow entry only to the festival grounds and do not include travel/transportation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Tier 1 Prize will be responsible for any such costs.
The winners will not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against the organisers if the trip or any other event forming part of the Tier 1 Prize is delayed, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled.
If a Tier 1 Prize is cancelled or rejected by a winner, no alternative prize will be issued and for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided.
All elements of the Tier 1 Prize package must be taken as part of the same trip.
Guests must be over the age of 18 at the time of organising the Tier 1 Prize.
The winners must inform the Promoter of any dietary requirements or allergens for themselves and their guests by 2 weeks prior to taking their trip.
The winners and their guests will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or travel insurance are the responsibility of the winners and their guests. In the event that a winner or their guest is unable to travel due to visa or other personal circumstances, no alternative tickets will be issued, and no compensation or other prize will be provided.
The Tier 1 Prize will be forfeited if:
It is the responsibility of the winners and their guests to check any travel advisories issued by a government, to determine whether they wish to accept the risk of travelling to the relevant destination. The Promoter will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by any winner or their guest arising out of their failure to follow any travel advisories issued by a government.
The winners and their guests must comply with and are responsible for obtaining all information regarding any recommended inoculation or vaccination and obtaining the inoculation(s) or vaccination(s), including but not limited to Covid vaccinations, and health regulations, including but not limited to PCR tests, required to fly into the trip destination country.
Specified accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking and will be confirmed to the winners during the Tier 1 Prize fulfilment. Alternatives may be offered depending on availability.
The Promoter will have final discretion on all elements and aspects of how a Tier 1 Prize is organised and at all times, the Promoter will have the discretion as to how to implement the Tier 1 Prize fulfilment.
Return transfers from the winner's home to the local international airport are not included.
It will be the winner's and their guest's responsibility to take out, at their own cost, all relevant insurance (including but not limited to health and travel insurance, insurance for theft, loss and damage to property) which may be required or prudent to be taken.
A valid credit or debit card may be required to check in to your room and will be used to guarantee any incidentals such as in-room calls or services.
The winners and their guests must abide by and are subject to the Airline's published Conditions of Carriage.
Lounge passes and upgrades are not permitted. Flights cannot be used in conjunction with any loyalty programme, any other discount, discount coupon(s) or voucher(s), promotion(s) or special offer(s).
The winners are responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guests in connection with the Tier 1 Prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude a winner and/or their guest from participation in any aspect of the Tier 1 Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Tier 1 Prize or if a winner and/or their guest act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the venue.

All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries made by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter) and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force', masking their identity by manipulating phone numbers or IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant's entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, that entrant's entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void. Prizes allocated to winners who are subsequently disqualified may not be reallocated.
Winners may be requested to participate in reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion with no further compensation.
The prize winners’ surnames are available by sending a correctly stamped self-addressed envelope to Good Earth Tea Coachella 2027 (8705), PO Box 906, Chilton, Aylesbury HP22 9HR within three months of the Closing Date. By entering the Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that if they are a winner their surname may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. A winner may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the Promoter. In these circumstances the winner acknowledges that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose such information in full upon request from such competent authorities (including without limitation the Advertising Standards Authority).

The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries lost, damaged or delayed or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances of the Promoter.
